Problem:

I am unable to log into the Library Online Resources page when viewing an article. The page will either "flash" and erase the login information without returning an error, or I receive the following error message when entering the correct myFranklin login information:

Unable to identify you through your campus identification. Please use your library identification or see a librarian for assistance.

Solution:

The issue with the Library website rejecting your correct myFranklin login information can be caused by one (or both) of the following issues:

1. This issue can occur when using Internet Explorer to view the Library website. We recommend using either Mozilla Firefox (www.firefox.com) or Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome). Both of these web browsers are free and do not replace Internet Explorer, and they are more compatible with Franklin University's online systems.

2. This issue can occur when your Library login information and your myFranklin information have fallen out of sync. This information can be re-synced by changing your password in myFranklin. However, if your are still unable to login with your new password, you will need to contact the Library at 614-947-6500 so that the Library may correct any issues with your Library account.
