Here are some steps to start each Adobe Connect Session with:
1. Adobe Connect works with Flash. You must have Flash enabled in the browser to utilize Adobe Connect's features.
2. When clicking on the microphone icon you will see:
Make sure to "Allow" the Camera and Microphone settings.
3. It may help run through the Audio Setup Wizard.
4. We also suggest to checking the "Recording Devices" and "Playback Devices" (right-click on the speaker icon) to make sure the correct speaker and microphone options are enabled on your computer. When plugging in a microsphone, sometimes users will accidentally enable the device as a speaker instead of as a microphone.
