Often, connectivity and/or bandwidth issues originate with your local Internet Service Provider or with how your devices connect to your WIFI.
Checking the quality of your Adobe Connect / MyLive connection
When you have opened a session in Adobe Connect, click on the icon next to Help in the top right corner. It will display you connection status.
If the icon has full bars, your internet connection is excellent.
If the icon changes to less than full bars, your internet connection has weakened. This will often result in poor audio quality, difficulty in sharing applications, or difficulty in viewing any presentation shared in the session.
